# Preparation steps:
01 - Place shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, green onions, celery, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth and uniform.
02 - Position one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Evenly spread a quarter of the chicken mixture across the tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch margin along the edges.
03 - Roll up the tortilla tightly from one end to the other. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
04 - Remove wrapped tortillas from the refrigerator. Unwrap and cut each roll into 6 pinwheels using a sharp knife.
