# Expert advice:

01 -
  • It comes together in under an hour and uses ingredients you probably already have.
  • Everyone at the table will ask you for the recipe, even though its almost embarrassingly simple.
  • Leftovers reheat beautifully, so you can enjoy it again the next day without any loss of flavor.
02 -
  • If you skip squeezing the spinach dry, the dip will turn watery and separate in the oven.
  • Softening the cream cheese is non negotiable, cold cream cheese will leave you with a lumpy mess no matter how much you stir.
03 -
  • Use a shallow baking dish instead of a deep one to get more of that crispy, golden top everyone loves.
  • If youre in a rush, microwave the cream cheese for 10 seconds to soften it quickly without melting it.
