01 - 2 large orange carrots
02 - 2 large yellow carrots
03 - 2 large purple carrots
04 - 2 large red carrots, or substitute with additional orange or yellow carrots
→ Garnish & Serving
05 - 4 tall glasses
06 - Crushed ice, optional, for chilling and presentation
07 - Fresh parsley or dill sprigs, optional
# Preparation steps:
01 - Wash and peel all carrots thoroughly.
02 - Cut carrots into uniform sticks approximately 4 inches long and ½ inch thick.
03 - Optionally place a layer of crushed ice in the bottom of each tall glass to keep carrots crisp.
04 - Arrange an equal mix of colored carrot sticks upright in each glass.
05 - Add a sprig of fresh parsley or dill to each glass for color and aroma.
06 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
